changing basic attributes...how to?

hi all...

well im trying to simply change the background colour and also the font colours and header section colours....how do i do this?

i dont understand how to use the templates...how do i do this please?...can i open them up in front page and change in there then upload?

if so, how?

This is the OSCommerce .css

I would recomend the use of a color picker to get correct color codes. These are readily

available on the internet free of charge.
