clcope Posted July 8, 2004 Posted July 8, 2004 We have set the store_sessions to 'mysql'. The first time we enter the admin page it works, however, if we refresh the page or use a link on the admin page, we get the infamous "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error. However, if we change the line to store sessions in files, the error goes away. We are using php 4.3.5, mysql 4.0.16 and oscommerce 2.2 Does anyone have any solutions to this issue?

When I was trying to instal the MySQL database from my powweb servers I got stuck, then when I went back to the osCommerce install process I hit the back and refresh and got the error. Please help. GIJane Posted July 8, 2004 Posted July 8, 2004 Crystal, Quick question. did you do a recent dns transfer of your url hosting? If you did then you need to wait until the dns transfer has propogated to proceed. Hope that helps, GI JAne

Iron Eagle Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 I am having a similar problem, when I go to add a product I constantly get a page cannot be displayed error, but only when I add a picture. Now my customers are getting it and its sending through orders with no credit card numbers!!! Help please I'm beggin ya!!!
