Hide Price if $0 v.2

Recommended Posts

I want to hide the prices as it does in the contrib.

However i want to still have the facility to add to cart and buy now.

I want to use the product attribute section to determine the prices due to the nature of the products sold.

How would i remove the prices but keep the shopping functionality??

I sorted it, too but in the checkout confirmation I still see the prices of the products and total price as 0.

Do you have a solution?

(I'm not using random products cont. so I didn't apply the latest fix)

Sorted...thx anyway

Hey there! Not trying to be weird or anything but this kind of answer isn't even worth posting. If you "sorted it" drop your solution in the reply. Someone else may not be as smart and you could save them lots of time.

I just hate seeing a question answered with a null answer. I'm sure someone who comes across this post a year from now will be more than a little disappointed as well.

Everything's funny but nothing's a joke...

You're so right Iggy. Hide Pirce if $0 contribution is here. In the read me text, you can find how to apply without loosing the shopping options. But I could not get rid of the $0 prices on the checkout confirmation page and shoopin basket. This makes this contribution incomplete. Please if anybody have an idea...

After applying Hide Price if $0 contribution with shopping abilities, there are some prices still showing.

The solution not to display some of them is HERE.

But still having these prices displaying $0:

1-In shopping card box under that thin black line

2-Prices per product on checkout_confirmation.php, in purchased product listing box (nearby the shipping address box)

I tried to edit some lines in shopping_card.php but could not succeed. PLEASE HELP !

I don't know if this helps or not, but I installed the contrib, set my prices to $0, and then set up sub-options in admin under product attributes. I didn't fill in the +/- field.... just left it blank and filled in my price, and a name for the option (probably could be optional). Now there is no product price displayed at the top of the page (only in the "options" section at the bottom), and the price set in product attributes is reflected in the cart. Hope this helps (and makes sense). It worked for me. You can see a working example in the books and studies section at www.RealMessiah.Name/catalog
