UKCarAdverts Posted July 7, 2004 Posted July 7, 2004 Hi, I have put up a test item and put in weight = 10.00 I have set up the table weight for the shipping, with the following figures. 100.00:3.75,500.00:4.05,1000.00:5.20,2000.00:6.55,10000.00:18.50 But if I put a qty of 4 in its says 3.75 which is correct. when I put a qty of 5 it says 7.50???? but total weight is only 50? TerryK Posted July 7, 2004 Posted July 7, 2004 Check your admin section under My Store -> Shipping & Packaging and see what your maximum package weight is set at. If it's set at less than 50, the program is automatically dividing your order into two packages at 3.75 each, for total of 7.50.
