Ohhhhhh, it's the images in the footer isn't it?

Yep, like the PayPal one.

I don't get the padlock at all.

There isn't any way to fix that other than take them off, is there?

They're static images.

Copy them, put them in your images directory and link to them like all the other images are linked.

Links to external sources are not mixed content. Imported images are.

edit-when you first go to the catalog, it's unsecure, but when you start going into "my account" and stuff the pages are secure.

Not for me, my system is pretty strict. (Mac OS9 / IE).

Ok one more question, when I put an image in my unsecure images directory, does it automatically get copied to the secure site?

Ewww... :(

You've got a server with a secure folder?

If you do, you have to put the images in both places.

Nope, I never get the padlock. It cuts over to the https links OK but the padlock never shows.

You'll never get the padlock when you're importing images from an external, insecure site.

I just changed all the images to my server, so you should get a padlock now right?

Yep. It's OK now.

i have a question regarding not getting a padlock, my site is a new install, and it seems to go to the secure site just fine, but i don't get a padlock, if i refresh the ssl site the padlock occurs for a second but dissapears, although in the address bar its in the secure site. Is there anyway to get the padlock to show. http://www.brightsilver.us/catalog/

You're on 1&1 hosting. There's a fix found in this thread, a change in application_top.php.
