dealershop but also guestshop

hello there....

 

I'm searching the forums and the contrib section for a while now and haven't found anything yet.

 

my problem:

 

I want to set up a shop for both guests and dealers which should look like this.

guests can order without loging in---->have to fill in name and so on later

dealer have to log in to get dealerprices, those accounts should be set up by the admin and the user/pwd sent to the dealer.

 

anyone heard of such a contrib or knows a workaround or solution?
