Alternate CSS for Knowledge Base?

Recommended Posts

Believe it or not, I tend to like to work with paper over reading things on the screen, especially when it comes to working with code. I appreciate the fact that the new Knowledge Base layout adjusts itself for normal (i.e., portrait) printing and recognizes the change of margins. That's a major improvement over what was in the previous WIKI that I was trying to print.

However, it seems to me that it would make everything easier to print if an alternate CSS could be included and directed as ' media="print" '. This way, several of the divisions not really mandatory for printing could be eliminated, thus making the printed document easier to read. It would also likely require less paper (and ink/toner) to print if several of the divisions that were unimportant (as far as printing was concerned) were omitted.

It's just a suggestion, but it seems that it would make everything easier to use.
