Hi,

In some certain test cases on my site the SID seems to dissapear, however everything continues to work fine.

The url will look something like /index.php?cPath=5&osCsid=

Strange?

I'm using force cookies=false and storing sessions in mysql.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Damo

The session IDs are supposed to disappear from the address after osC determines it can set cookies and does so.

Usually it will happen after a few clicks if everything is working correctly.

Hi Alan,

You are right,

I used this online utility to know how search engine wud see my page.

http://www.widexl.com/remote/search-engine...g-analyzer.html

The report headers said

Set-Cookie: osCsid=c328217f08a0e0098b5fdfb3ceb72ed9; path=/; domain=www.sunrom.com

It means, the URL only contain osCsid when cookies cannot be set,

Thanks,
