Why not setup aSupport Service by email team and one on the forums aswell?

 

This could help a lot, since there is no support team, and that we are limited to the knowledge base articles, bug report system, and forums. Those are not always helpfull, and to say the truth from what I've seen so far, less than helpfull in most cases.

i would be against that, as it could be time consuming, and you are limiting the response to one people versus the question being posed to the public, where everyone can see the question, answer, etc.

 

i do not believe the forum is less than helpful, there are many satisfied people who are not afraid to ask questions.

 

the major problem in people with osCommerce, is a lack of reading, instructions, not knowing how to run a servre, php and mysql.

 

the developers have done a great job in piecing together the package, which others then modify for their needs.

 

so again, i say you are wrong and have not read through the forums, knowledge base, etc. i am sure they would welcome any and all support in writing more accurate knowledge base articles.

 

the package works, exactly as described, without any modification.
