After reading thread after thread, I give up...too tired. Can't find solution to this :

I have installed the Canada Post and Fedex modules and they both work fine.

However, as my site is not online yet, I wanted to make a couple of test runs before launching it.

Now the order goes through and I get the order confirmation email (as a store owner), but there is no hint of the shipping choice I made as a customer. Since I had about 5 to 6 different options (depending on which delivery address I chose) I would like to know which one I used as customer, but from the point of view of the store owner...

My order email just has the product price and the total price, no indication whatsoever on the shipping price and method/module.

Idem for the information on orders in the admin section.

Anyone ever had similar issue and solution ?

Thanks

WW

I think you will want to log into your admin to look at customer orders.

There you should see what method of shipping was chosen.

Thanks,

I found out that it was in the shipping options. The option to display shipping option in the checkout process was not enabled. I only had the product cost, taxes and the final price (incl. shipping costs), but the shipping was not displayed.

Problem solved
