janggu Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 Hi, I get "Page cannot found" error when I click links from the "Categoires" infobox in the home page. However, I can open pages by clicking products from the "New Item" infobox and from the "This month's new products". I think the problem is that I am not using osCommerce as sub directory. Therefore, I had leave the followings empty. define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/); define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/'); define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/'); define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/'); I also removed "/" but I wasn't able to see the pages at all. Could anyone please tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks a lot!
241 Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 If you are not using the sub directory catalog then your paths are correct as posted above for a root install of osCommerce. The issue may be with the categories infobox code itself. Can you provide a link to the site so that we can see the issue first hand then a proper determination of the issue and possible resolve may be posted No longer giving free advice. 241 Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 you have renamed your index.php file new_index.php however the codes are set to look for the default file index.php you are able to view products by clicking them in the new products box because this uses the file products_info.php No longer giving free advice.
