Parse error when changing set up page

What is the correct way to change the following for the set up main page. I have followed all directions and get a parse error. How do I add my company name

you never stated where you want what, are you trying to define the main page?

if so, start with this:

define mainpage('TEXT_MAIN', '');

and then put everything you wish to display on the front page inbetween the empty single quotes which are together ''
