Error Message using Credit Class and the Download

Ive installed the Credit Class Ver 5.10 on my system no problems till I set in the admin->configuration->downloads->enable download then I get this error message when i change the download to false then I can checkout without any error message.

 

1054 - Unknown column 'pad.products_attributes_id' in 'where clause'

 

select count(*) as total from products_attributes pa, products_attributes_download pad where pa.products_id = '101' and pa.options_values_id = '114' and pa.products_attributes_id = pad.products_attributes_id
