    OSC-Affiliate

    Does anyone know of a way that the same affiliate ref number gets assigned every time a customer logs in. Say a customer creates an account with an affiliate. From that point on every time the customer logs in and purchases something the same affiliate gets credited.
  2. This is currently what I have. The domain redirects fine in every page except the catalog pages where it doesn't work at all. It seems like the catalog htaccess overwrites the one at root level.
  3. Hi, I've been running Ult SEO URLs for awhile now and it has been great. Recently, we decided that we needed all instances of domain.com to go to www.domain.com. We discovered you do this through the rewrite in the htaccess file. My problem is how to combine the rewrite for moving the domain and the rewrite for SEO URL. The look like this: Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine On RewriteBase /catalog/ RewriteRule ^(.*)-p-(.*).html$ product_info.php?products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-c-(.*).html$ index.php?cPath=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-m-(.*).html$ index.php?manufacturers_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-pi-(.*).html$ popup_image.php?pID=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-t-(.*).html$ articles.php?tPath=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-a-(.*).html$ article_info.php?articles_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-pr-(.*).html$ product_reviews.php?products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-pri-(.*).html$ product_reviews_info.php?products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-i-(.*).html$ information.php?info_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www.triodisplay.com$ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.triodisplay.com/$1 [L,R=301] The big problem is having two RewriteBase. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
  4. Ok, I found a fix and commented out this line: //stopDirectAccess::checkAuthorisation(AM_SESSION_VALID_INCLUDE); It worked and ajax manager came back. However, there was a note that if you are using administrator to login that this is a huge security violation. Anyone have any more information on this and if their is a better fix?
  5. Hi, I currently use this contribution on one of my shopping carts and it works great. I recently installed it on a new shopping cart and at first it worked but then it started giving me the error: Session not registered - You cant access this page directly I kept refreshing and then uploaded "attributeManagerConfig.class.php" and it started to work. It is now giving me the error and nothing I do can bring it back. I did see some instructions revolving around a contribution called "admin access." I don't have the contribution installed but the latest version of osc includes "administrators" in configuration of the osc admin menu (which my old version of osc did not). However, checking my database I don't have a table called "admin_files" which the instructions say to change. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  6. For the most part Ultimate SEO seems to work but I am having problems with & special character appearing in odd places. I installed "Redirects shouldn't have &'s in them" add on and it helped but now I am having a problem with the "add to cart" button which looks like this: Form <form name="cart_quantity" action="http://www.waveridersgallery.com/catalog/foam-teeth-p-59.html?amp;action=add_product&action=add_product&action=add_product &osCsid=95df85e9e952169a8ca81a883716ddde" method="post"> Button <input type="hidden" name="products_id" value="59"><input type="image" src="templates/Original/images/buttons/english/button_in_cart.gif" border="0" alt="Add to Cart" title=" Add to Cart " align="absmiddle"> Thanks for any help.

    Google Analytics module

    Hi, I've been using the google analytics module for awhile now and we recently noticed a problem in sales. When ever there is an order that is greater then or equal to $1000 it divides the number by a $1000. So, any order that is $1000 - $1999 gets converted to $1 in google analytics. Order $2000-$2999 gets converted to $2 and so on. Anyone know why this might be happening and how I can fix it. Thanks in advance.

    [Contribution] Product Sort Order

    Figured it out. Quick and simple change to the above instructions for anyone who wants to organize by product sort as default but then organize by product name. >>> REPLACE THE LAST 2 LINES OF THE ABOVE: $HTTP_GET_VARS['sort'] = $i+1 . 'a'; $listing_sql .= " order by pd.products_name"; >>> WITH THESE 2 LINES: $HTTP_GET_VARS['sort'] = 'products_sort_order'; $listing_sql .= "order by p.products_sort_order asc, pd.products_name";

    [Contribution] Product Sort Order

    Nice Contribution but I have a quick question. From the instruction 1.4 below: >>> REPLACE THE LAST 2 LINES OF THE ABOVE: $HTTP_GET_VARS['sort'] = $i+1 . 'a'; $listing_sql .= " order by pd.products_name"; >>> WITH THESE 2 LINES: $HTTP_GET_VARS['sort'] = 'products_sort_order'; $listing_sql .= "order by p.products_sort_order asc"; This code essentially replaces sorting the products from name to sort order. I was wondering if there was a way to test sort order so that if I have not applied any values to "sort order" then it will sort by product name.
  10. It is in /catalog/includes, transfered as binary, and I have two files in the folder: GeoIP.dat, and geoip.dat.
  11. I having problems with this contribution. I keep getting this error when I upload the edited version of application_top. Warning: update(includes/geoip.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/triodisp/public_html/catalog/includes/classes/supertracker.php on line 185 Warning: update(): Failed opening 'includes/geoip.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/triodisp/public_html/catalog/includes/classes/supertracker.php on line 185 Fatal error: Call to undefined function: geoip_open() in /home/triodisp/public_html/catalog/includes/classes/supertracker.php on line 186 Also, I uploaded GeoIP.dat in binary made named both GeoIP.dat and geoip.dat. Nothing I seem to do fixes the error. Thanks in advance.
  12. I was wondering what people thought of this contribution in regards to the lack of a shipping address. Obviously people are finding it valuable and I am wondering what effects sells more. The lack of being able to enter a shipping address or the ability to purchase without an account.
  13. I was wondering how you install this contribution if you are not using a pure version of OSC. In the read me file it says Easy Installation The easiest way to do the ccgv install is to install a new copy of the osc 2.2 ms2 and copy these files on top of it. After you have copied the files install the sql. That is it. Well you need to follow the how do you get it running elsewhere in the document. However, there is no complex installation where you insert the code. I don't want to overwrite my old files. How do I install the installation. Thanks in advance.
  14. The create_account page has been modified so that you still enter you name phone ex but you don't have to enter a password.
  15. Ok, I found the problem is in this line. In the read me file it says to replace: <td class="main" width="50%" valign="top"><?php echo TEXT_CHOOSE_SHIPPING_DESTINATION . '<br><br><a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT_SHIPPING_ADDRESS, '', 'SSL') . '">' . tep_image_button('button_change_address.gif', IMAGE_BUTTON_CHANGE_ADDRESS) . '</a>'; ?></td> with <td class="main" width="50%" valign="top"><?php echo (($customer_id==='0')? ' ':TEXT_CHOOSE_SHIPPING_DESTINATION . '<br><br><a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT_SHIPPING_ADDRESS, '', 'SSL') . '">' . tep_image_button('button_change_address.gif', IMAGE_BUTTON_CHANGE_ADDRESS) . '</a>'); ?></td> However, this causes nothing to appear.
