[SSPP] Separate Shipping Per Product----Support Forum
DVBHardware replied to rpdesign's topic in General Add-Ons Support
I used a similar version for 2.2 for years and was excellent, I will have to wait for 2.3.x version I am having a hard enough time trying to replicate my old shop using STS to this new css designing. Jimmy -
I re-installed 7 zip, now it opens theme_switcher_1.4.3.tar.gz without a problem. Jimmy
-
Perfect, I will still re-install 7zip... this is bugging me Thank You Jimmy
-
Jim, same results. I'm going to reinstall 7zip Jimmy
-
This is weird I can download 1.4.2 and extract with 7zip but not 1.4.3, I even tried a different browser, IE & chrome Jimmy
-
theme_switcher_1.4.3.tar.gz archive shows 0 bytes in 7zip

Automatically send data feed to Froogle
DVBHardware replied to gottaloveit's topic in General Support
Jack, I just installed 1.2 the other day and works fine. I just noticed your new 2.0 and liked it integration in the Admin better for ease of creating a new feed file. I am getting a couple of errors from google that I am trying to resolve. Feed Level Messages Warning: Unsupported attribute: category Warning: Missing recommended attribute: weight Item Errors - 121 items with errors Missing required attribute: condition Invalid date time format in attribute: expiration date I did have condition set to 1 and defined as "new" Jimmy -
This does not work with the STS 4.x versions Jimmy

Just a quick note on my install of STSv42HTS259 I have STS-2_01 & HeaderTags_V_2.5.9 working flawlessly on both a live shop, and local development server. I tryed to install STSv42HTS259 but with a few problems. 1. Bestseller_scroll shows the best sellers but will not scroll. 2. Headertags show only when you are clicked on the product itself. No catagorie tags show. 3. Using all products "allprod.php" when require(DIR_WS_FUNCTIONS . 'clean_html_comments.php'); exists in includes/ header_tags I get. Fatal error: Cannot redeclare clean_html_comments() (previously declared in d:\web_sites\dvbhardware\dvbhardware\includes\functions\clean_html_comments.php:13) in d:\web_sites\dvbhardware\dvbhardware\includes\functions\clean_html_comments.php on line 13 I do not have require(DIR_WS_FUNCTIONS . 'clean_html_comments.php'); in my HTCv2.5.9 in the header_tags.php and if I remove it in the STS version 42HTS259 I cannot display the product, shows error that the clean_xxx is missing. But the allprods.php displays as it should. Jimmy

I had lost a lot of 1st positioning in Froogle on many items due to the fact this contrib picked up the regular price and not the specials price. I think this is the only modification it needs to finish it. Jimmy www.DVBHardware.com

If some one could come up with a fix for listing the specials price instead of the regular price when the specials price is available for a product , that would be fantastic ! Thanks

Has there been any changes the way google reads the feeds, it seem that my specials prices are not showing up anymore, just the regular price. It has been working fantastic for many months, I have not touched anything. Jimmy -

I have FedEx Real Time Quotes installed and was working, I rely on Individual shipping prices moduel for each item since I have a complex array of distributor locations. My question is: Can I have FedEx Real Time Quotes running but not have the shipping show up in the "checkout shipping page" I would like to use Fedex Labels contrib in the admin for the inhouse stocked items, rather than use Fedex's web shipping manager. Thanks, Jimmy www.DVBHardware.com

Automatically send data feed to Froogle
DVBHardware replied to gottaloveit's topic in General Support
New Problems with Froogle. I have not seen this before but only the past 2 weeks I was getting failures. 1. The product must now have a price it cannot be "0",, so you might have to guess on the priceing just to get Google to index the product. 2. In the Admin if a product is deactivated it is still included in the xxxxxx.txt feed. I like to add products when time permits even though I do not have final pricing from the distributor. If there is a way to exclude "0" priced products and to exclude inactive products. The Froogle team has reported to me that even though there was a failure the "good" products were submited sucessfully. This can cause a problem for when you have a real error. Jimmy -
John, thank you, Thank You !! its those little code tweaking that makes a big difference. "Essentially what it does is now display the Product or Category name in place of the Last URL" Just what I needed, now I can throw away my scribble notes on what the product id was. Happy & healthy New Year everyone. Jimmy

[Contribution] Step-By-Step Manual Order
DVBHardware replied to frankl's topic in General Add-Ons Support
Everything seem to work fine on 1.7 except in the attributes Adding a product. ex. 1 x Winegard 76 cm Satellite Dish with Invacom .3 LNBF - Dish Mover: GS120 (+$62.95) - LNB Upgrades: Invacom TWH-031 (+$37.00) is ok but when ever you hit the update button it becomes 1 x Winegard 76 cm Satellite Dish with Invacom .3 LNBF - Dish Mover: GS120 (+$62.95) (+$62.95) - LNB Upgrades: Invacom TWH-031 (+$37.00) (+$37.00) update again 1 x Winegard 76 cm Satellite Dish with Invacom .3 LNBF - Dish Mover: GS120 (+$62.95) (+$62.95) (+$62.95) - LNB Upgrades: Invacom TWH-031 (+$37.00) (+$37.00) (+$37.00) The totals are adding correctly, but the attribute price listing keeps adding for each time you hit the update. I was wondering if there was a way to have the "Last URL" to display the the "Product Name" as a clickable link. When you have many products the Product # in the url becomes meaningless. Thanks Jimmy www.DVBHardware.com
