Everything worked fine until fedex module was added.

I guess what's perplexing is everything was working fine, the fedex module which needs a meter ID # which I have no clue how to get was added. After that usps never worked again.

fed ex says this comes from os but no one can answer this question. How do i get the meter id #?

I missed something where does the meter # show up??

Wow I called about the same issue today they tell me its OS....I wonder wy no one will reply to this with a helpful answer/resolve?

Module and info to initiate USPS pricing has been installed however sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Many times you get this message : An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations. If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner. or sometimes it may proceed to pricing and give the three options priority, express, etc the other issue is even if it gives the pricing , if you go back and add another item to your shopping cart it does not update (the pricing does not increase). So the same shipping price you would pay for a lb. item is the same for a 50 lb item because it does not increase. Is there a fix for this? I have literally been searching for a week. Thanks for any help you can offer it is appreciated in advance. :)

The fedex module has been installed however afterputting in all theinformation my account number, false debug, address etc. when I goto my siteandplace an order and checkout right before it gets to the shipping page with all the options there is a page that comes up and reads: 1054 - Unknown column 'products_ship_sep' in 'where clause' select products_id, products_price, products_tax_class_id, products_weight from products where products_id = '123' and products_ship_sep = '0' [TEP STOP] I called FEDEX they say I need a meter ID I put in none hoping one would pop up. Is this the issue that I need this meter id# if so how and where do I get it from?

CAN you arrange product based on the quantity 100,250,500,1000, 2500, 5000??? It all seems to line up numerically no matter what for example: 100, 1000, 250, 2500, 500, 5000 It is in order by the first numeral but not by the vale itself. I need them to be ordered like this 100,250,500,1000, 2500, 5000.

I believe what she was asking is will it automatically switch prices based on various quantities sizes etc. attributes allows you to put in these individual prices, then calculates but that's it. IS there a contribution for this??

HMMMM....Community Support. I am not sure whether it is more supportive to GET NO HELP for a person NEW to Oscommerce or if it is better than getting the files, uploading your files only to be blocked out of your entire WEBSITE with this type of message. WOW I am quite impressed with the contribution I think it is a wonderful idea. I have a print shop and am trying to do all the things you mentioned on my site. I have really tried to follow the thread but I am getting lost a long while ago. Would you share your code and instructions that actually work. I am not sure if I am slightly crazy or what and maybe I am doing EVERYTHING wrong but noting seems to work.

It can be even more useful to me if some would help me to use it I has uploaded through my FTP what do I do next??
