I have a problem with PayPal IPN. on checkout, orders is created... payment is completed (IPN received) but when clustomer click on "Continue" button on the paypal page, a duplicate order is created.

one of the mistakes is setting Customers ZIP required = false. so go to Admin page -> Configuration ->Customer details ->state must be true also edit the user details, and be sure that ZIP code is there. after that go to Configuration -> Shipping/Packaging and set Country of Origin and Postal code.
