Jack_mcs Posted December 16, 2007 Share Posted December 16, 2007 To load an sql file, one typically uses the phpmyadmin program which is, probably, located within your hosts control panel. If you can't find it, ask your host how to get to it. Once in it, select your database on the left, the import tab on the right (or sql tab if an older version), browse to your file and click go.
