New Support Site Layout

The new support site layout is online. Emails to the mailing lists can now be sent. The main addition to the support site is Phorum. It is now taking care of the mailing list archive. The Bugs and Current Progress section has also been moved to use Phorum. All entries will be sent to the developers mailing list.
