  1. Log into Admin Area:
    • Access the admin area of your website.
  2. Navigate to App Shop:
    • Locate and access the App Shop and Store tabs in the admin panel.
  3. Install Fraud Address Module:

    • Install the module by following on-screen prompts and instructions.

  1. Access Modules and Extensions:
    • After installation, navigate to the Modules and Extensions tabs in the admin area.
  2. Edit Fraud Address Module:

Managing Fraudulent Orders:

To efficiently manage fraudulent orders, follow these steps:

  1. Move to the Orders/Customers and Orders tabs.
  2. Select the specific order from the list and click the "Process order" button.

3. On the processing order page, click the "Fraud order" button.

4. Choose "Mark as fraud" from the pop-up list.

5. Confirm your action by clicking "Confirm."

A marked fraudulent order will be highlighted in orange in the Processing order window and the orders list.

Resetting Fraud Mark:

1. Select the desired order and click "Process order."

2. On the processing order page, click "Fraud order" and choose "Reset fraud mark" from the pop-up list.

3. Confirm the action. The order will no longer be highlighted in orange.

 Managing Fraud Addresses:

Under the Modules and Fraud Addresses tabs:

  1. Filter Addresses:
    • In the Filter section, search addresses by type using the drop-down list.

  1. Fraud Addresses Table:
    • Customize display quantity per page.
    • Add, edit, or delete fraud addresses using corresponding buttons.
  2. Add/Edit Addresses:
    • For new addresses or edits, select the fraud address type and enter comments and email address.
    • Click "Save" to confirm changes.

With these configurations, the Fraud Address module becomes a vigilant guardian, automatically marking fraudulent orders based on address matches, fortifying your business against potential threats.
