Description:
A template structure will be implemented in the codebase to make it easier and faster for store owners to change the frontend layout of the store.
This cleans up the API by separating logic and presentation, and allows themes to be used at the presentation layer.
The default theme will be designed as a CSS based layout and be XHTML compatible.
