Upgrade Tool For 2.2MS2 Stores

Description:
The installation procedure will include an upgrade possibility for 2.2 Milestone 2 stores to upgrade to 3.0 Alpha 6 to start the beta testing phase before the 3.0 version is finalized.
A framework will also be implemented for which contributions can use to update the database content on a 2.2 Milestone 2 store to be able to work with a 3.0 store (with an updated version of the contribution).
This provides the possibility for contribution authors to provide an upgrade script for their contributions.
