Store Customers Language In The Database

Description:
The language the customer has chosen will be saved in the database so that future correspondence with the customer can be made with the appropriate language.
The primary goal is to send out order status emails with the language the customer has chosen, and not the language the Administration Tool is currently being used in as is done in previous releases.
