Show Free Ship + Modules

Stock osc won't allow the regular shipping modules to show if free shipping is enabled.

This add on shows BOTH free shipping AND your regular shipping options. Very simple modifications to one file.

Made changes to ot_shipping.

Customer could see all the options, but the order total module was overriding the selection and resetting the shipping option to free, regardless of chosen method.
