Category Floating Boxes for Body
This is based on the category infobox, but I use it to add the top level and first sub level categories anywhere in the body using php include.
Requires at least two top level categories, subcategories.
Right now it's just floating tables for each top level category, which can look messy, but you can format however you like with your own html.

fixes:
- removed extraneous code that kept subcategories from showing when at top level category page
- create autonomy in this package by removing code related to other pages in my work
