Modification to Header Tags SEO V3 to Include All Products v4.7

This modification to the header_tags.php file will allow you to use Header Tags with all the "A" "B" "C"... subpages when using All Products v4.7" This is very similar to Header Tags using the Articles Manager. By doing this, Google will not see these separate ABC pages as duplicate titles. Like the Articles Manager, you will have to add each page using the "Missing Pages" utility which Header Tags includes.
