Customer specific discount percentage
This module is based on Ian C. Wilson's Member's discount class. (Thanks Ian).
A simple drop-in module to allow you as admin to specify a different discount percentage for each of your customers. The module can be switched on and off globally via the admin section, and if switched on, only customers with a discount percentage over 0, thus allowing you to switch it on or off per customer.
The only manual change that is necessary is adding a single field to the customers table.

Missing code has been included in the ot_customer_discount.php file to calculate the correct tax. This package contains only the ot_customer_discount.php file.
Due to changes in how the tax group details are stored in MS1, the recalculated tax was not showing correctly. For this contribution to be compatible with MS1 the code had to be reverted to Ian C. Wilson's Member Discount module, sorry Aubrey.

* Added small feature
1/add a default customer discount rate when a new customer create his account.
Default customer discount rate must be fixed in admin panel.
2/After login, show customer discount rate in greeting message only if customer discount rate > 0
