SEO Meta Tags STS 1.0

It's an update of Easy Meta Tags for SEO 1.0 from mr_marbles to be implemented in STS Templates.
Is usefull and tested with osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 Release Candidate 2a

* Simple Template System (STS), file: STSv4.5.8-espanol.zip
* STS4 Power Pack, file: Modern Template RC2a for STSv458_1_2.zip

No database expansion is needed.
