Display Category and Sub- Category Names in place of AWFUL Lets ee...etc

Replace the Let's See what we have here with the Category and / or Sub category name.
Not a Contribution as such but I spent a long time searching for this so thought I'd post it here rather than for someone else spending hours searching the forums.
Very simple changes to one file and it works fine.
NOT MY WORK.
