UK Address Lookup
This contribution is to add UK address lookup to all address forms within OSCommerce. Using the PostCoder Web SOAP service from Allies Computing, the addresses are returned from the most recent verion of the PAF(R) (Postcode Address File) database from Royal Mail. Addresses can be searched by supplying a Postcode, or by supplying the known elements of the address, this is very useful for example if your customers are buying gifts and do not know the postcode of the recipient. All addresses returned are postally correct and so will reduce any undelivered parcels.

Fixed problem where in a UK-only site the country selection index blocked the address form update in Firefox 3.5.
Fixed style syntax errors in explorertree.css which caused default fonts to show in some browsers.
