Due to VAT increase from 19% to 24% i have made the needed updates. Also there are some fixes.
Now the shipping cost is taken directly from shipping module.
This is based on previous work of the initial user. I have made just minor adjustment.

Do not forget that in Romania this invoice format is not mandatory anymore. This is just an update of the old format.
