Updated documentation to include complete walk through for setup with Cpanel

This is an update to the GPG encryption contribution to get it working with the updated CVS. This is the english only file.

This works with the latest CVS as of 1-8-2003. The contribution uses GPG to encrypt and send an email to the store owner that contains the order number and credit card number. It will place a cc# with the middle 8 digits xxxx out in the database.

Encrypts CC# and send it via email to the extraorderinfo email.
What's new:
Added translation to Spanish. Only tested on Linux.

This is the same cc.php that u're used to but it has been modified to encrypt credit card numbers with GPG and send them via email.
