These are the 9 provinces for use as South-African zones.
Contains just the 9 SQL insert lines.
Recent changes in government might rename some of the provinces in the future, but these are accurate as of today.

The Northern Province was renamed to "Limpopo" in Feb 2002 - the new file reflects that. Also replaced the "-" with spaces in the province names.
