iDEAL Easy - ABNAMRO (osc2.2 + 'old' checkout code)
This module allows iDEAL Easy (Dutch Internet banking) payments.
This is a port of i2Paq's iDEAL Easy ABN AMRO (Wiegant) payment module. This version includes my update (iDEAL Easy 1.1), and works with osC 2.2 with the "old" checkout code (so way before MS1).
Why release a contrib to an old osC version?
- Because there's many people out there still running older osC installations, and not willing / able to upgrade.

Version 1.2 of the module.
In this version, the orderID (to be sent to iDEAL) is no longer inserted via JavaScript, but generated in PHP.
This resolves an issue where the document.write()-function, which should insert the hidden form field with the orderID, is not always properly executed.
