Dynamic Title Bar
This contribution is an easy way to let you dynamically change your browser title.
On the main page it will remain the previous title.
Anywhere else, it will be the Store Name followed with the same text than the Header Navigation Bar (Without the 'Top' and 'Catalog')
This is good I think for the user to let him know where he is and this should be also a small SEO contribution

Implemented the following two extensions to Dynamic Title Bar:
1. Append product name to the title.
2. Add product descrition to META DESCRIPTION tag.
