Categories list - updated look v1.0
This works on snapshot for 27th November 2002. It works by replaceing categories.php so that each main category is split by a line and sub categorys are indented with small tree markers.
It also extends the table if the category decription gets to long. (no text wrap)
This is my first contribution so please let me know if you have any problems.
