This is just the popup file modified to work with the HTMLArea contrib for anyone who usues the define_condition.php file. This is one file only.

Modified 3-16-07 to work with PayPal payment module.

The original version of the script takes you to PayPal whether the check box was checked or not. Thanks to the original author for a great contribution :)

Added checkout_fail.php files to display the error message along with a continue button to return to the shipping page after the error.

This is not a popup and does not require javascript to be enabled.

This mod allows the store owner to force customers to agree to the terms and conditions in order to checkout.

will work only with the new checkout procedure (post 1st nov. snapshots)
