This contribution is a simple, flexible and powerful solution for handling adsense advertisement units in your site's pages.
Main Features:
- create and save as many ad/link units as you like
- ads can be activated/deactivated for fine grained control of ad combinations
- select which page or pages to display each ad unit on
- select which position of the page to display the ad unit (i.e.left/right column, header, footer)
- select the display order of the ad unit(s) via admin
- able to add color styling directly via admin
- can add multiple ad units per page and position
- easy to use admin section with tips for creating ad units

This is mainly a bugfix update:
- changed $HTTP_GET_VARS to $_GET and $HTTP_POST_VARS to $_POST for better compatibility
- BUGFIX: 'constant already defined' notice in front end
- BUGFIX: 'undefined index' notice in front end
