Offline Paypal
This is a modified version of NZBANK_v1.3.1 a contribution allowing for Bank transfers. NZBANK_v1.3.1 is a modified version of Australian Bank Transfer module.
This module allows you to take paypal in an offline mode. So people will log in to their paypal account and send funds to your paypal account using the Send Funds option. This is good if you do not have a premium or business paypal account, or if you have difficulties with any of the other paypal contributions.
Changes made from NZBANK are to removed unused configuration values, and text changes.
