Paymate SPI
This payment module integrates with Patmate's express payment. It will save the orders in the database before going out of the seller's website to finalize the payment.
This solves reliability issues that occure when the customer does not return to the seller's website to finalize the transaction.

Following some of your wonderful comments I am uploading a new version. This includes:
1. Mysql linux support - 'paymate_transactions' must be lower case.
2. Added the property 'MODULE_PAYMENT_SPI_PAYMATE_TEXT_PUBLIC_TITLE' for the paymatespi.php language file. You may change the modules display using this property.
