ICEcat connector 1.0
This is an implementation of ICEcat URL in OsCommerce environment.
ICEcat is a content distribution system, which can deliver you rich content product pages. Content is distributeв on open basis.
This contribution will work both for Full and Open ICEcat subscriptions.

Updated version of ICEcat connector.
Changes:
- Improved documentation
- Added feature of importing images URLs into OsC database, for usage on other pages
- Switched from files.index.txt to export_urls.txt, so required subscription level is just OpenURL or FullURL
