Contributions

This is a variation of 5-continents SQL model.

America in many parts in the world is considered a whole continent, so North-America, Central-America and South-America are subcontinents of America and of course all the inhabitants of America/the Americas are americans.

The five-continent + Antarctica model is taught in Latin America, Europe and some parts in the world. This model includes the five inhabited continents as depicted in the Olympic logo + Antarctica.

The continent codes in the sql file are as follows:

* AF = Africa
* AS = Asia
* EU = Europe
* AM = America
* OC = Oceania

I added a small php script to extract the zones and prepare them for the shipping->zones module.

Added ME for countries in Middle East

Hi,

My first contribution. I needed countries with continent codes so i could some additional queries. The continent codes in the sql file are as follows:

* AF = Africa
* AS = Asia
* EU = Europe
* NA = North America
* SA = South America
* OC = Oceania
* AN = Antarctica
