Here are updated installation instructions. The previous instructions included modifications to a file not included in the stock osCommerce install and thus were not needed. I've removed it from the install instructions to remove confusion.

Also, I noticed that my development server, http://fixmynotebook.net, had a parse error when creating an account, that has been corrected.

Added mising entry in admin language file and corrected problem with address_book_details.php.

I've also added sql files for Tennesse and Nevada. I've included in the instructions the base state tax rates of all included county tax sql files.

This is my first contribution. My stores are heavily modded and I could not find a existing county tax contribution that would meet my needs so I created this one.

This contribution provides subzone taxes that can be used for county and municipal taxes. These taxes are assigned to a zone and will not be used unless the zone has a tax.

This contribution requires significant changes so some php experience is recommended.

Included are sql files for Georgia and California county taxes good as of 4/1/2007.

This contribution requires the country-state selector to be install prior to installation.
