Updated the best_sellers_mod.php

It was not displaying the correct prices, was excluding tax.
Fixed. Missing some code.

Fixed a minor cosmetic class call for displaying products text.
Also updated instructions a little.
Also changed changed the file name from best_sellers.php to best_sellers_mod.php mainly for file call reasons so there is no confusion in the program between best_sellers.php in catalog/includes/boxes/

Fixed the tax class which wasn't taken into account.

Best Sellers Content Box Version 1.0

This addon will allow you to display best sellers on the main page in the same layout as the New Products module.

It replaces the New Products box to avoid clutter and has been tested on snapshot 11/20/02.
