Scrolling speed was not working for me so i changed in header this.

I have taken the Scrolling Marquee v2 and updated it to be editable from the admin area. With this version you can now do the following:

SCROLL_MARQUEE - Whether or not to display the marquee
TEXT_TO_DISPLAY - What to display in the marquee
TEXT_MARQUEE_BGCOLOR - The Background color of your marquee
TEXT_MARQUEE_COLOR - The color of the text on the marquee
TEXT_MARQUEE_SIZE - The size in points of the Marquee Text
TEXT_MARQUEE_SPEED - The speed for scrolling the Marquee
TEXT_MARQUEE_FACE - The Font Family for displaying the Marquee

These items can be edited within the Admin/Company area

Simple correction of header.php file of original multilanguage version which contained a call for an undefined function. The first version now works, giving the marqee the possibility to show in each language. Credit goes to the original author, I just took out the function that broke it for some.
