Delete Category Images V 1.0

This small change adds a delete button to the categories page so that category images can be easily deleted.


This is a full package.

There is no support thread since the change doesn't merrit one at this point.

Version 1.5 adds the ability to delete the category image file from the server if it's not being used for another category.
