All Manufacturers and their products Categories
This contribution adds a box with a link to a page listing all the manufacturers and the categories their products are listed in.
It also shows the number of products within each category, and contrary to the standard osCommerce category count function does this without affecting performance.
It can act as a quick/fast sitemap to your catalog content.

V1.0 assumed you have enable/disable categories installed.
v1.1 corrects this , so that it works with the standard MS2 installation.
