I mistakingly uploaded the wrong version for the v1.02 fix. This is the working version. Just to not confuse people, I'm calling this v1.03
Added a missing </tr> in the admin>customers.php file and reworked how credit amounts are stored. Very simple to use.
Update for net terms. Includes a bug fix, some code cleanup, and new documentation. Tested with MS 2.2
