UK Full Length Counties

This very simple mod prints the full Counties/States Zone in the Customer addressbooks and emails etc. Also it will show you how to put the address int he correct UK format i.e

House, Road
address line 2
Town
County
Country


With the correct spacing. (copied from the forums)

(this does not affect the admin section but for me admin is already in full length)
