Better popup_image +
Easy Installation!
I simply took the stock popup_image.php and modified slightly in order to resize
Properly resizing will work regardless of the browser being FF, IE or NS.
Also, since many of the OsCommerce popup windows have the "Window Close [X]" I added that also in order to keep things the same site-wide.
Folks in the forum were asking for this, and it did exactly what they wanted. So I decide to submit it, I have some larger contrib's that I am working on and thought that I might as well post the little stuff too, since most people just want things to work, and not complicated add-ons.

This is just the popup_image.php-file with added Languages Support and also the correct path to stylesheet.css
